Content
We have a strict zero tolerance policy for illegal and unlawful content on our servers. If you are found to be hosting any illegal content, we reserve the rights to suspend and/or terminate your account immediately, though we will send a warning via e-mail. We also reserve the right to report you to the necessary authorities if you are found with illegal content on your hosting account. You have three chances, in the first instance a warning is given and you will be allowed to use our service(s) still. On the second instance we will charge to un-suspend the account, to the sum of £3.99. On your final chance, you will be removed and banned from present and future service(s).

As the account holder you, yourself are responsible for any action made on your server, both with regards to your service at The Network Brothers Ltd and at a court of law. - You further acknowledge that by using our service(s) you agree that: Should any action made on your server result in court/the legal authorities action (Or a billing charge) whether committed by you or a third party, you are still responsible and the third party cannot be charged.

Payments
When joining The Network Brothers Limited you realize the payment methods are as follows: Paypal, pay offline and SMS payments. All transactions are logged daily and are kept for fraud purposes. If your account is reported as fraudulent we will have to suspend your account until it has been investigated by the appropriate authorities.

SMS Payments
We do accept SMS payments for some services, however we cannot accept them for licenses nor Domains. This is because of the high fee#s we encounter.

Subscriptions
We in no way at all tolerate refunds for subscribed payments, if you neglected to cancel a subscription after a service termination / cancellation then your account will automatically be credited the paid amount. Please ensure you cancel all subscriptions after terminating your contract with The Network Brothers Limited. A reversal will also cause you to have to pay a £5 administration charge.

Late Fee
We charge a £10 late fee if your invoice is overdue, If debts are not cleared after 3 days of a late fee being added, Then your account will be passed over to our solicitors.

Scripts
We currently do not allow IRC or IRC bots to be operated on our servers.

• Any IRC Bouncers such as, but not limited to, psyBNC.
• IRC Eggdrops.
• Proxy Servers

Any account found to be running IRC or IRC bots or proxy servers will be suspended until further notice. Banned list (All these are not allowed to run on our servers.)

• IRC Egg Drops
• Proxy Servers
• nph-proxy
• The Anonymizer
• Any soap mailers
• PHP retro(s)/Habbo retro(s)

We do not allow shoutcast servers on shared hosting accounts! Any illegal or hacking scripts are also not allowed, if hacking scripts are found you will be banned from our site full stop, illegal software willend up in an account termination situation.

Refund policy
Refunds are given but on staff discretion only, if staff think you are eligible for a refund then one will be given, You will be counted as eligible for any of the below reasons. All refunds will be applied to your account credit.

• Non usage
• Less than 24 Hours usage
• Data loss (Caused by DialAHost)
• Over 30% downtime

Refunds will not be given for people terminated from hosting either illegal or hacking scripts, please do not ask for a refund if you are found to be doing this. We will not and can not give refunds from a domain registration service, once your domain is registered in the ICANN database we are not able to offer you a refund.

Abuse Against Staff
We do not tolerate abuse against staff, this includes racist remarks, swearing, shouting or any other form of abuse. We reserve the right to remove you from our services if you are abusing our staff, we treat you with respect so please give a little back.

False Information
Using false information to access our services is not permitted, if you are found with incorrect information we reserve the right to terminate your account upon email notification. This includes, Address, telephone, email. You may also not sell, lend 'borrow', or rent your own account out to another user, or any other form of changing your account details to a new Client, all Clients must have their own account, and if you so wish for any service, account credit or a domain to be transferred, you must pay the administration fee of 'up to' £2.99 'One off'.

If this is done without consent and authorisation, thus will be marked as fraud and the account/service(s) will be ceased immediately.

Shoutcast Streaming
We do not monitor the music that goes through our shoutcast server, we will not be held responsible for copyright infringement or non licensed websites. If you do go over your bitrate you will automatically be suspended for 1 day, we can remove this for a fee of £1.

Age Limit
We feel that it is only fair for the younger generation to use our services, we have an age restriction to comply with certain rules and laws. The limit to use our service is a minimum of 13 Years of age, if you are under this age you will need to send us a valid copy of your parents consent.

If you are found to be under 13 with no consent or you have given the wrong age we reserve the right to remove you from our database or request parental consent at anytime.

Terms of giving support.
Giving 100% customer satisfaction is our aim, providing support is essential. We will provide 24/7 support for any product or any service. This excludes un managed services.

The one thing we do ask is that all Clients use our live support system or our billing system only. If you use personal emails, or any other personal chat service we reserve the right to refuse you support unless you submit a support ticket or use the web sites live support feature.

CPU Usage
In using our servers you understand that using the CPU to a level were other clients may suffer from downtime or server lagging is not allowed in anyway shape or form. If you are found to be causing a high CPU load we will either notify you or suspend your account until the software/script causing the issue is removed. But otherwise your account is not limited.

VPS accounts
VPS accounts are setup within 6 Hours usually within 30 Minutes, if we are delayed for any reason please allow up to 24 Hours. VPS accounts are not allowed illegal content in anyway, shape or form and are still subject to above (Illegal content only), other scripts such as CastControl are allowed, when it becomes illegal we will then investigate the matter.

Cancellations
If you do decide to end your contract with us, be it yearly or monthly, you must submit the cancellation request at least 5 days before the service is due to be renewed, if you fail to do this your service will be left to run over one more month.

We also reserve the right to request 50% of the full monthly cost if required.

Terms of service change
We reserve the right to change, modify or edit our terms of service at any time we feel it is necessary. We also reserve the right to change prices of plans or plan specifications at any time without notice.

Free domains
If you receive a free domain with any product/service you are subject to a three month contract before the domain is rightfully yours, if you cancel your service/product within the first three months we reserve the right to suspend the domain.

We also reserve all rights to refuse you service, for any reason during your time here!
